Action:

Black Pepper (Maricha) has digestive, antiflatulent and sialagogue action that stimulates the secretion of saliva in the stomach. This aids overall digestion.

Licorice (Yashtimadhu) has spasmolytic action and is useful in the treatment of abdominal pain and gastric infections.
